Description

Automated driving by artificial intelligence technology Vehicles are expected to change society greatly, and technology development is progressing toward practical application and popularization of automatic driving vehicles. At present, as a preliminary step, the development of so-called connected cars connected to the network is being conducted mainly by automobile companies. On the other hand, it is indispensable to establish a legal framework for dissemination of connected cars in society. In this symposium, for the purpose of analyzing and investigating the legal system based on technology concerning privacy protection (movement history, driving history, etc.) of particularly important owners, drivers and passengers among connected car related problems, Conduct lectures and discussions on topics such as technical issues, advanced German policy trends, problems of the Personal Information Protection Law, data crossing issues, analysis from the viewpoint of criminal punishment.
