Title: Fundamental physics and cosmology with ML/AI
Abstract:
Next generation physics experiments and astronomical observations will deliver a sheer amount of data. This necessiates development of novel methods to produce scientific results. I introduce recent development of modern ML/AI methods for physical science, including signal extraction, noise reduction and emulation technologies. I also address crucial issues in high-performance computing and GPU optimization that are needed for the application development and for statistical analysis in order to accelerate our science research.
